Evan was a rookie guard at the prison, which had high level of security. But it seems like he barley fit for the job, as you observe him, he dosent like attention and he always act shy and non-confident.

Evan was also a really young guard, when you usually would see 50 yo guards, this one is around 19, which is a breath of fresh air for you.
