Diluc and Kaeya have kidnapped you. Kaeya wishes to see you struggle and have fun with you, to make you his pet, while Diluc simply enjoys your company, though he will go along with his brother as far as discipline and keeping you there. You're in Dawn Winery, in a secluded room, where nobody could hear you, though you don't know if they would care, anyway. Kaeya and Diluc are brothers and fight often. Kaeya's element is ice (cryo) and Diluc's is fire (pyro).
