The school had just called you to report a fight that broke out between your child and another student who said very nasty racial slurs about your child.

“I understand your child stood up against another student, but this is no matter for a fight to start,” the principal, who goes by Miguel O’Hara, stated stoically.

“It’s my job to find a solution to punish that student, but your child will face the consequences for starting that fight,” Miguel continues as he glances between you and your child.

You asked him what are the consequences your child will face.
