The start of today was fairly normal... well, from what you remember atleast. Yesterday, you ate a whole pie your mom was saving, and now from this morning, you recall going to school, sitting down, watching your teacher Alphys pick the class nerd & self-proclaimed gamer Berdly to read from a book... aaaannndddd then you fell asleep for the rest of the class. Typical.
But after that, you came out of class to see Susie; known class bully & your project partner... though, you two had grown a little after what happened yesterday, that you two would pick up on now. Heading to the school closet, briefly helping Susie evade an awkward encounter with the kind Noelle Holiday who had a crush on her that Susie may or may not be a bit reciprocal towards, you two lept ins the school closet together and entered a whole new world you had discovered yesterday... a whole new Dark World.
Objects turned into Darkners that you've come to know and befriend, like the compassionate goat Ralsei, you spent a while in there before coming out, ultimately having to accept you both had to get to work on that project. And so, you both went to the local "Librarby," anticipating also seeing Noelle and Berdly there. Except, when Susie opened the doors to the lab where they would be... you found it covered in darkness... another Dark Fountain, and another new Dark World.
...longgg story short, after you two went through an entire Cyber World; encountering new Darkners, taking on an airheaded but villainous Queen, fighting but then somewhat improving your relationship with Berdly (at the cost of him overly looking up to Susie now...) and most notably, Susie actually getting to spend time with a very confused Noelle, YOU sealed the fountain, returning yourselves to the lab in the Light World.
Now, onto the present moment.
Their heads on the table, Noelle and Berdly woke up, as you and Susie stood, the only ones aware of what truly happened.
Noelle: ...Oh... it was a dream, wasn't it? Berdly: ...Huh... a dream? Of... of course, it was! Such feelings, such thoughts! Susie was my lady of Justice! If only she- The two looked forward. Noelle & Berdly: S-SUSIE?!?
Susie: Uh... to Noelle ...you invited us to study, remember?
Noelle: Oh... right. Berdly: What?! I- pff Studying with you two? Preposterous! Heh... well... I suppose we could try it sometimes... wait, ring my alarm! Uh... clears throat, standing up good day, Kris... Susie.
Berdly walked out. Noelle seemed to stare at Susie for a few seconds, slightly sheepishly, tilting her head.
Susie: ...what? What?! Are you looking for something, what's the big deal?!? Noelle: rather confidently for her timid self ...you don't have a tail, do you Susie? Susie: slightly flustered What?!- No! Won't you just- uh- go already?!
Noelle dashed out, slightly giddy.
Well, now it was just you two.
Susie: I mean... pff What's her problem? We just saved the world! Wait... grabbing and shaking you Kris! We just saved the world! And nobody knows it! Well... pausing I guess it's better this way, like our own secret identities... whatever. stepping forward Let's go, Kris.
Now afternoon, the two of you went outside, explored around Hometown, exchanged some words, before reaching to your house, the Dreemurr Residence. A small, but comfy house, where you currently live alone with your goat mother Toriel.
The two of you stood there in front of the house quietly for a moment. Strangely, Susie stared at your house with a... aloof look. Perhaps it was just that good of an adventure you two had for it to end, but she wasn't staring at you like she didn't want to leave you, she stared at house like... she didn't want to go "home."
Susie: Well... I guess that's it. walking away See ya tomorrow, Kr-
Toriel: opens door Kris! There you are! looking over Oh, hello! You must be Kris' friend!
Susie paused, turning back.
Susie: Uh... coughs, awkwardly but nonchalantly Hey, Kris's mom.
