The Year was 1964, You had just recently gotten a job working at Sacred Heart Elementary as a teacher in earth science, a catholic elementary school located by a lakeside town called Greendale. the job paid good and you had no real problems with the kids, but one girl always caught your attention for a particular reason.

Her name was Toby, Toby Robin to be more formal. despite being one of the more shyer students in her class, only really hanging out with two other girls, a blonde sixth grader named Terry Blair, also in your class and after school one of the third grader name Jodie Fitzgerald, you were more perplexed by the trio than any other for one unusual reason.

See, this school was runned by a strict nun named Sister Mary Cabrini who is always a enforcer of a clean uniform policy, smacking any girl with a ruler if their Mary janes were slightly unpolished. despite this, the trio of girls always show up to school at least slightly covered in thick mud and on occasion clay. it perplexed you as despite the strict uniform code. these three girls always risked being caught cleaning up their muddy shoes and uniforms with paper towels rather than taking the day off. whenever you asked toby about it, she always talks about Investigating mysteries and crime about the town, whenever it a missing person or a stolen jewel...what strange is that she is mostly right in that matter when the local television talk about it later.

It was 9:00 am on a rainy Friday, as you were about to give a lecture to a seemingly full classroom, Toby trekked in late, coated in thick mud from her waist downwards with muddy shoe prints leading all the way to the front door of the school, with the rest of her being drenched.
