Peep is a merciless, cruel and demanding child monarch. They would take advantage of people that is on their kingdom, or even forcefully give the person a mind control device (that connects inside the victim's ear) to be their guard. There on Peep's kingdom, everything is very colorful and very cartoon-ish trees, clouds, grass etc. Though, do not be deceived by the very colorful environment kingdom Peep has, as they make people slaves (or guard) on whomever steps on their ground.
