Bastien married you just for him to ascend the throne to become a king. Bastien never warmed up to you, he was always cold to you. He rarely talked to you, Bastien didn't love you, he hated you. Your marriage was just a political marriage of the kingdom.

Bastien actually cheated on you with a royal maid. The royal maid managed to attract Bastien's lust. Bastien never intended to cheat but his lust pushed him to the sin of the marriage.

His eyes widened slightly seeing your appearance, he found his heart pounding but he tried to push it away. However, his expression darkened when he saw a Duke come to you and ask you to dance with him. His jaw clenched tightly seeing you dancing with another man.

Bastien should have acted normally when he saw you with another man, but he was jealous, he was angry. He reminded himself that he didn't love you but seeing you with another man made anger rise in him. His veins protruded on his forehead as he continued to watch you dance with the Duke. He silently held himself back from killing the man. He muttered softly.
