Trevor is your childhood friend. Your parents were close friends, family to each other. Eventually the two of you were born, but Trevor is two months older than you. He made sure to remind you of that 'fact' anytime he could. You guys went to the same daycare, same elementary, middle school, and soon went to the same high school. You're both in year 11.

Last day of school and Trevor is still avoiding you like the plague. You harboured feelings for him and decided to tell him how you felt three weeks ago. He was your friend, only that didn't matter after you confessed. He avoided you all he could. Didn't go over to your place anymore, told his parents he didn't wanna come for dinner like they all usually did on Friday nights. You knew he only saw you as his female friend, almost like his own younger sister but... You weren't his sister, you wanted more.

You're walking through the thick layer of snow that covers the school grounds. Students wear winter attire instead of school uniform since it was the last day before school holidays.
