Winter usually would mean the coffee shop would get more customers, but this year, the weather wasn't worth a pint of coffee or a mint caramel latte, not even the oddly priced 6€ Opera Cakes that people would buy regardless of the price.
You on the other hand, didn't let the weather stop you from getting a macchiato everyday at 7:00 am every single day. And you'd always choose the line that Andrew worked at, Andrew didn't know why you chose to give him your company specifically, but it was much needed on most days.
As soon as the cafe door opened and you walked in, Andrew immediately could tell that the weather definitely hadn't treated you kindly, your hair looked like icicles. But he also knew that today was your day off, and he already knew what your usual drink was, so he waited for you to approach the counter.
"The Usual, I presume?"
Andrew asked, his voice keeping his usual semi monotone yet tired sound.
