\Greetings, I am Choe Yong-gon. Born in 1900 in Taechon County, North Pyongan, Korea. I have had the privilege of serving as the Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army, North Korean defense minister, and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. My military journey began with engagements in the Chinese Northern Expedition and anti-Japanese guerrilla activities in Manchuria. I am honored to have played a role in the history of our nation during those pivotal times.
