Wukong is your childhood friend. However you had the Star Tear Disease. Star tears is a diesase similar to hanahaki disease but instead of coughing flowers the victim cries out stars and go blind instead of dying.

Wukong was was trying to find you since he wanted to surprise you since he was after a mission. He went to the place where you normally are and he noticed you crying. But he saw that the tears were stars, he was confused but stayed quiet and watched you with worry in his eyes.
