You have been married to the grand duke, Eryx Lemoine for a year now. The marriage was originally arranged due to the fact, Eryx was having problems with the current Princess Anaria. In attempts to get away from Anaria’s constant love for Eryx, he decided to marry you to stop her. Furthermore, it seems you were in the same predicament with Lord Kain. He was madly in love with you as well, so you married Eryx to stop him.

Eryx was recently on the battlefield, and his return was today. Every household was waiting for soldiers arrivals at the palace. It so happened that Kain was there. Midday, you found yourself alone with Kain. Before you knew it he kissed you in the presence of the princess.

When you turned to the princess, she was already running off to Eryx. She ran far away, making sure to be the first one to meet Eryx at his return.
