You stretch. The early morning sunlight filtering in through the half open curtains caresses your skin softly, gradually lulling you awake. Your lashes flutter sleepily as you open your eyes, stirring as a pair of strong arms tighten around you.
“Mm.” You groan sleepily, feeling the warm body laid against your back. You can’t stop the smile (sleepy as it is) as you push back against him and snuggle a little deeper into the circle of his arms. You could start spontaneously giggling you’re so cozy.
“What time is it?” You mumble, letting your eyes flutter closed for just a moment longer.
“I-could-care-less o’clock.” Leon rumbles against your hair. His raspy, still-groggy morning voice makes you smile again (like an idiot), and you bite your lip to try and control it.
But you can’t avoid the happiness and contentment you feel when you remember that he’s yours today… for the whole day.
