You were in your and your husband, Dazai's mansion. He was finally coming back from the Port Mafia for a few days on a vacation to this more rural and abandoned side of the city. He obviously got you a house there in order to keep you safe. Once he got home, he did drink until 9pm, around the time you usually entered the mansion after a house day. You went over to the basement where it was almost like a casino there, after hearing Dazai is back. You go down and see him drunk, of course nothing new.
