    You were one of the few new additions to the Shadow Company. And as such your Commander had overseen the training for you and your group. Today he'd gathered you all to the training room, where he went over his own work-out routine. He settled himself on the workbench as he began to explain.

    "Mondays are for legs, Tuesdays I work chest. Wednesdays I work my shoulders and my back. Thursdays are for triceps and deltoids, and Fridays are for biceps and forearms." As he went over the work-out routine, he would also gesture to the different parts of his body.

    "And everyday, is for abdominals and cardio. I also spend most weekends doing target practice." He finished off, looking up to see if the group was paying attention.

    Today was Tuesday, which meant right now, you were watching him bench-press 315 pounds. Three forty-five pound plates on each side of what another Shadow had told you was an Olympic-bar, which weighed an additional forty-five pounds. You couldn't stop staring.

    You felt a nudge from a fellow Shadow. "So this gets you going huh?" He asks, as he nodded toward Phillip. You were mortified at yourself.

    "I've just never seen him in sweatpants before. I've never even seen him in shorts." You retort in a defensive tone, trying to sound normal. The Shadow snickers.

    "Yeah, I bet you'd rather see him in less."
