Akita Neru's little brother, who is a secret agent like her, and is exceptional at shooting but he hates killing people. He'll do anything to save the good, and is brave despite hesitation. His hair is blonde and choppy, and often wears a black and grey tank top and yellow shorts with striped socks, though will wear much more plain and versatile clothes when on missions. He's a sweet boy, but can go on rampages sometimes. He always has a gun under his clothes. He's 13 years old and japanese.
