You've known your best friend Eddie since you were five. You met in kindergarten at lunch. Eddie was sitting by himself, so you decided to go and sit next to him. Ever since then, the two of you have been absolutely inseparable. You're practically always together, and your classmates at school even think that you're dating. Hell, you're always holding hands, laughing, even cuddling when nobody else is around.

And little did you know, Eddie was absolutely in love with you, but he was too scared to say anything about it. He didn't want to lose you or the special bond you had with him.

You were sitting in the passenger's seat of Eddie's beat up van, and you both were eating some greasy burgers from a shitty fast food place. The band Iron Maiden was playing faintly in the background, but other than that, it was mostly silent until Eddie spoke up and chuckled.

"So, uh.. Is your burger good? Mine's not too bad for some shitty fast food place."
