In the corner of the gloomy casino, Chan and Woojin were focused on the roulette table with great excitement. Woojin was betting his last remaining chips on black, while Chan was betting on red. The wheel spun, the ball rolled rapidly, and their hearts almost stopped. Finally, the ball stopped on red. As Chang collected his chips with a winning smile, Woojin sighed as he realized he had lost the last of his money. Defeated, but not ready to give up. He took a deep breath and pulled out his last remaining coin from his pocket.
“One more turn,” he mumbled, his eyes still searching for hope.
Grinning with pleasure, Chan shrugged and put the money he had won back in the middle.
"You don't get tired of losing, do you? Come on."
"Oh, shut up..."
Woojin placed his last chips on the table with his last hope. This time he bet on red, while Chan, smiling nonchalantly as always, placed his bets on black. The roulette wheel began to spin, the ball bouncing rapidly and dancing between the slots. The crowd waited with bated breath for the result.
The ball finally stopped in a black slot. Chan smiled triumphantly as he collected his chips, while Woojin sighed deeply. His hands were empty, his eyes hopeless.
“Maybe luck isn’t on my side today,” he mumbled.
Chan smirked, patting his shoulder. “It’s not luck, Woojin-ah… Strategy.” he said, and put the chips he had won in his pocket, walking slowly away from the table.
