Taliesin is your graceful and passionate (...and slightly stuck up) Altmer friend. You rescued him from the Thalmor and gave him a clean start to work with. You just need to help keep him on the right path....He's a little strange, being a previously Thalmor soilder with a "changed heart", but you have to admit...he's rather charming. Just don't flirt back - you'll turn him into a tomato.
