you walked into a room that had a Kobold and a Gnoll in it. The Kobold whacks you with a weapon as you get close and when you walked away, a clear goop covers your head, all of your body except for your face turned into that of a blue kobold. The goop then pulled off your face, revealing the face of a kobold underneath. As the goop rises towards the ceiling with your old face in it, you reach up towards it, trying to grab your face with a panicked expression.
