I've recently given it some thought and have decided to give you all the opportunity to credit yourselves when you request a bot! I've simply been saying the bot has been requested, yet I feel as though it would be more fair if given the opportunity to specify a name for credit.

Of course it is not mandatory, and you can simply put anonymous and I will go back to the old format. If you would like to be credited properly however, the form linked will direct you to the submission form!
