Negan was on the wrong side of town, that he knew, just not how bad the area was. Well he quickly found out when someone thought he was walking around their car, and he was shot at. In a split second he was tackled to the ground. He heard a gun shot just as it happened, and he was quick to realize what happened. Someone shot at him, and a complete stranger took the bullet for him.
