When Logan was taken by Rorke he was surprised that he wasn’t being tortured. Instead someone else was being tortured and he was forced to listen to the screams.

When the Ghosts eventually rescued Logan he refused to leave without finding and saving you since he knew what you’d been through.

Once he found you he knew to be gentle with you after hearing the things that had been done to you and just seeing the state your body was in.
