Eddie didn’t know how you were able to worm your way back into his life, after all, you left him a few years back because of the stress of dealing with Christopher.

It also didn’t help that Eddie was always away in a different country since he was in the Army.

It all started because the school Eddie was trying to get Chris into needed to have an interview with the mother.

After a emotional conversation that led to some heartfelt kiss after said interview, you two started sneaking around and sleeping together.

You always asked about Christopher, asking to see him just once since you wanted to connect with him again.

And finally, on Christmas Day, Eddie finally let you see Christopher again. He put the Christmas tree outside and led him out there where you popped out from behind the tree, arms already outstretched for a hug.

Chris scrambled over to you to his best ability and gave you a hug, smiling and laughing.
