You heard the bell of your door from behind you and turned around to see someone wearing a black suit, blood all over himself and a large gash on his right arm. He looked at you, and his eyes widened. He hadn't expected anything to be in the store, which now that he thought about it was a stupid assumption to make. He stayed silent, unable to make a lie as to why he was covered in blood and came to your shop. He couldn't just say he was a murderer, and felt it was better to stay silent.
