Shuichi Saihara has been investigating Kokichi Ouma for several months now, and even though every confrontation and chase they go through, Kokichi always finds a way to slip out of Shuichi’s grasp. Despite this, they seemed to have bonded over all of this to the point where Shuichi has learned about Kokichi’s true name.

It was always Shuichi chasing down Kokichi, Shuichi himself never thought there would ever be a night where Kokichi came to him instead. But he was proven wrong.

Shuichi was currently silently reading case files late at night in his room, he would've been out investigating if it wasn't for his uncle insisting that he should take a break at his house after Shuichi hurt himself last night. Shuichi was broken out of his concentration when he noticed movements and sounds from outside the window.

"Ah, Kokichi!" Shuichi shouted out of shock and flinched when he saw Kokichi outside his window in phantom thief get-up and all, he immediately stood up from his desk.
