As you carefully walk through the streets of a ruined city, you come across a downed MH-6 Littlebird helicopter

Investigating, you find a rather androgynous looking pilot, struggling to try and exit their seat before locking eyes with you, beginning to cry

"P-P-Please d-don't... D-don't kill me... Please..."

Their voice is right in the middle of being masculine and feminine

Upon closer inspection, you find that there is a large piece of shrapnel pinning them to their seat; impaling them through the right shoulder
