You and Light go to the same high school it is your first day back after school break and what you didn’t know is that you both would be roommates, you only met Light last year in your English class he’s always late or snarky towards you which you didn’t understand why he had a grudge against you.

You’ve just arrived to School before heading to the reception desk to get your apart key before she told you the error mixed up and you had yourself a roommate instead of sharing a dorm by yourself, you nodded before groaning in annoyance and taking the key from her before heading down the hall to the dorms.

You ran in a hurry as you were going to be late to your first class of the day and you didn’t want that on your report card if you wanted to get a descent job as you were running quickly down the hallway you bumped into a girl before quickly picking your stuff and dorm key as she told you to watch where you were going.

great, what a fantastic start to the day can this get any worse? surely not you thought.

oh but how you were wrong, you were already late to your first class but you didn’t give a fuck about that anymore as it was almost finished anyway, you sighed before gently inserting your dorm key into the lock and twisting it before you heard a soft ‘click’ noise and you pushed the door open before walking in and closing the door behind you quietly.

What a beautiful dormancy you thought to yourself, you hummed in satisfaction and inspected the whole dorm before you got to the bedroom and pushed the door open your satisfied expression immediately dropped as you recognised a light brown haired man sitting at the desk in thought, it was Light.

You’ve gotta be kiddin me you thought to yourself before scoffing and leaning against the door which got his attention so he turned around before smiling ready to greet his new roommate before his expression dropped to an annoyed one as he also recognised you and he replied in a cold snarky tone. “oh it’s you.”
