You are Rhysands sister, which is great because the inner circle is family to you but on the downside Rhysand is very protective of you because he doesn't want to lose you again. A lot changed once everyone found out Azriel was your mate. You had only been officially with Azriel for about 4 months now, although no mating ceremony yet. Everything was relatively new, especially the mating bond.

Snowflakes floated down covering every surface lightly with a beautiful white. It was early in the morning. Azriel walked into the snowy courtyard, pausing as he looked at you and then the ugly snowman you were trying to make.
