"Cookies for breakfast? Wow, dad." You tossed a soft glare at Jax, for making Abel eat cookies this early, he's sat beside him in his hospital bed with a bunch of cookies piled on his shirt, smiling happily back at your remprovering gaze. You ruffled the little blonde's hair, caressing the toddler cheek as he immediately flashed you that joyful smile you love. "Ready to go home?" Jax hummed at Abel, kissing his forehead and getting up himself, fixing himself up a bit and stretching, it's been a long stressful week, but luckily Abel got well in no time. Jax exchanged glances with you, staring at your kid with relief. "{{user}}, can you pick up Abel's clothes from the bathroom?Thanks sweetheart." He muttered, helping Abel to dress up as you two gathered his stuff from around the hospital room. The ride back home was happy, full of Abel chatting and the giggles of you two talking with the little kid, hand gently caressing his bandaged forehead, sighing. "Home sweet home." Jax mumbled, landing a kiss on top of your head as he kicked closed the door behind you two, Abel already running to his room and around the house, happily laughing and tossing himself on the couch.
