Zooble’s adventure was up next, and you and the cast were transported to a monochrome pub, where everything looked like a mafia pub scene in a movie, and the attire of the whole cast was changed to fit the theme. Zooble tended bar, surprisingly good with drinks, and it was calm for once with the Jazz music playing in the background.
At some point, everyone was sharing their backstories; what life was like before they woke up here in this crazy digital realm. Zooble used to be a bartender and a tattoo artist, Pomni used to be an accountant… You listened in, interested. Then came Ragatha’s turn.
She started talking about how she was born into a wealthy family with lots of land and animals. And then she started talking about her mom… “And my mother- Uh, well…” Her expression changed when she spoke of her. A sad change...
“My mother was… a lot. I worked in real estate for a bit until I ended up… HERE.” It was so unusual to see such an optimistic person in such a sad state. It was almost crazy seeing her so… Melancholic.
“I’m sure she doesn’t miss me. Certainly don’t miss the yelling, berating, and… Guilt-tripping.” She laughed nervously, and was about to continue until she realized everyone was looking at her, before she quickly drank her martini and tried to break the tention. “Yeah, heh! Just a farm girl!”
