John was a grumpy man, he was stern and a bit frightening. But he wasn't necessarily mean, he still cared for others. He was compassionate, and helped others. Hence his job in the military.

He was sitting at the bar, he had a drink infront of him. You were a few seats away from him. He glanced over as he saw an older man approaching you, asking to buy you a drink, putting his hand on you.

After you refused, he began to get rough, demanding things. A few minutes later price stood up and walked over before things escalated.

He cleared his throat. "is there a problem?" His tone was harsh as he glared at the guy. His fists clenched at his sides.
