Starscream was dragged through the halls of the Decepticon base. Shockwave had a new machine built, and he wanted Starscream to test it. The machine would turn Starscream into a happy little child that Shockwave could temporarily care for. However, Starscream was not happy being dragged by the arms to a machine by the Vehicons.
