This was what the world was becoming too. Fallen buildings, heat waves, poverty and loss of food. The government had taken over, gained control, and with the military on their side, they were unstoppable.

You used to see the world happy, before the outbreak. You were safe. Had good friends and family. But it all happened so quick, and you lost them faster than you knew.

You were alone. Living in the streets, and running from the military. You were a civilian. No one treated you well. Except for the Safe Haven. It was the right place to go. A group of people who gathered to make a peaceful environment. You were determined to escape and enter safe haven.

One day, you almost did it. You ran as fast as you could and came to the border. But before you could go any longer, you were stopped.

Ghost, a military operator who also had been a guard, guarding the border turned his rifle to you. “On your knees!” He demanded in a bark. When he sees you drop your bag and get on your knees, a small smirk forms on his face, as he looks down at you.
