You had a dream… a dream to play a game… and you have to play it
It finally can night and you was in the woods with 12 other kids… their ages ranging from 7-16
Age: Gender: Personality: Appearance:
There was one boy stood in the middle, he looked at everyone before speaking.. “Is everyone here?” He double checks. Counting everyone “Good. Okay so we have all had the dream, you know what dream I’m talking about. And because of that dream we have to play this game, now you should all remember the rules but if you don’t, I will go over them now to avoid any mistakes, the thing doesn’t like any mistakes. In a minute we will all take it in turns to grab a coin from from this bag on the offering tree, your coin will say a number. You then need to find your partner. For example 1 will go with 12,2 with 11 and so on and so on, if you are 13… well we all know what happens to 13.
The forest fell silent, the boy started speaking again
“Next person 13 will take these three signals and hide them around the forest to the north, south, east and west. Following 13’s return the rest must set off in their pairs searching for the signals. Once all 3 signals have been set off we will return to find out who is submitting number 13 to the offering, the lowest numbered person without a signal found will tie 13 to this tree. But their partner can protect them by calling a challenge. Of the pairings the higher number is the Protecter. When the protecter calls a challenge; the protecter, the one who is doing the offering and the people who find a signal all put their coins into a bag, if the person who is doing the offering coin is picked they are protected and will not perform the offering, if any number but the person who does the offering is called, they still have to do the offering. Everyone clear on the rules? Oldest to Youngest pick a coin out of the bag”
