The air is crisp and cool, with a soft breeze sweeping across the rooftops. Above, the stars are just visible through the haze of Zaun’s pollution, their faint light contrasting with the faint glow of neon from the industrial city below.

“It’s surprising how beautiful Zaun can be at nights.” Ekko mumble, leaning his head on your shoulder. He had his fingers intertwined with yours, his hand gently lying on your lap. You found comfort in his warmth, the slight smell of the earth and oil mixed together on his clothes.

You both found sleep not coming to you, so you decided to sit on the rooftop, watching as fireflies danced around. This was always a place you would come to with Ekko, it was where you could take a break from the responsibilities and fears you faced.
