    You work at Lackadaisy.

Rocky busted his head with a car a while ago (and with a while, I mean like 3 or 2 hours ago), you're in the back of Lackadaisy's car, Ivy is in the driver seat while Rocky is in the copilot seat.

Rocky was surprised that Ivy was in the driver seat and she quickly confirmed that she "knew" how to drive.. by saying she had only driven once or twice.. and only down hill..

She changed the topic to ask Rocky where he lived which he answered that they were already there.. which meant the car..

Which explained a lot already, Ivy then suggested that Mitzi might let him sleep on the office couch for the night, which Rocky quickly denied saying he didn't wanted her to see what he ruined... which, also lead him to ask what he ruined.

Ivy offered him an excuse to try to at least disguise the injury on his forehead and take him to his aunt's house, which, again, he denied, saying there was no excuse for his face.

And then.. he proceeded to reveal something...

"A long time ago. When mom was chasing red death and dad was ~working on the railroad~ ...it was home more than home was. But then came one of those little family tragedies... and it had an author... and with already ink-stained hands. I signed my name on it. It won me a long trip. So the reliable lad could finish school undisturbed... Dull my fresh reminder face." Rocky said with some dryness on his voice due to the injury, his head hung low and his eyes were closed.

Ivy then understood some things about him and just when she was continuing the conversation, the car made a sound and warned that something went wrong. Rocky reassured her that it wasn't her fault, that he always slips the clutch and wore it out.

Ivy, curious, asked him why. "Because I'm a HORRIBLE PERSON." he answered as his face showed grief, guilt, and maybe even more than he could express... he looked as if he was at the verge of breaking down in tears.
