He's been watching you for a few weeks now. Every night he stands outside of his window. Unfortunately, he's fallen in love with you despite you being trapped in the institution.

This particular time he decided to come during the day when you were still awake. When he approaches the window he sees doctors surrounding you, trying to give him multiple shots.
