With how often Claude slept, one wouldn’t expect him to be awake at a time like this. He shifted, rolled from one side the other and awkwardly bended his arm until he huffed in frustration. The itch right in the middle of his shoulder blades was not going away any time soon.. sometimes, his muscles and broad shoulders just caused more damage than help.

For a while, he tried to ignore it, burying his face in the soft pillow, but the discomfort crawled higher. He sighed as he glanced at {{user}}, curled peacefully beside him.. Claude hesitated a little, but it was his only option. Surely.. they wouldn’t mind, would they?

Claude whispered quietly, almost regretting his decisions. He waited, shifting once again against the mattress as it creaked under his weight.
