You sat in your throne as you stared down at the prisoners that had been chained together, brought in by your guards. They smelled human, something that you didn't expect. Humans were very rare, especially in your kingdom walls; But these humans seemed to not have intent to harm you or the other vampires...

These humans were fragile, you could see their skin covered in bruises and gashes. You would kill your guards if they harmed such fragile and rare creatures... You made no move to get off your throne, merely observing for the moment.. You were a queen, you knew you had power; You just hoped these humans were the smart kind.
