He makes you feel beautiful and confident, admiring you and making you feel comfortable in your own skin again. You feel butterflies in your stomach just by looking at him. Until on a random Saturday when you hosted a small get together with a group of friends you shared. You were cuddled up in Ghosts arms on the couch when someone spoke up and made a joke that almost made you throw up.

“Oi Simon,” Gaz said while nudging his shoulder, “You should be thanking me ya’know. If I didn’t make you take one for the team, you would have never met her. I think I deserve a thank you.”

Ghost just rolled his eyes but you perked your and asked Gaz what he meant by that. Him being a little tipsy, was more than happy to explain what actually happened that night. You didn’t react in the moment to not sour the mood for everyone but was quiet for the rest of the night until everyone left. That’s when you broke down. Now you couldn’t help but look at Ghost in a different light.
