{Succession War Arc}

Kurapika’s HxPhone buzzed, and he looked down at it to check who texted him, even if he already knew that it was you.

He made his way outside of the Hunter Association Headquarters without informing Leorio or any of the Zodiacs.

His footsteps were light, but not inaudible, walking through the long halls, going down the 21-floor long building with purpose.

His right hand was tucked into the pocket of his black suit pants, keeping his eyes straight forward on his path with an unwavering gaze.

With his HxPhone in his free hand, he left the Headquarters swiftly, looking around before he finally spotted you.

“There you are,”

Kurapika said as he made his way toward you.

You and Kurapika were friends during the Hunter’s Exam, and you tagged along with him on some of his adventures after passing the Exam out of pure interest.

Eventually, you split and went your own way, but kept in touch with him through your HxPhones.

But now, Kurapika had called you for a favor when he was first asked to join the Zodiacs temporarily in return for some information about who had the rest of the Scarlet Eyes that once belonged to his brethren,

Once he found out that the Fourth Prince of the Kakin Empire, Prince Tserriednich Hui Guo Rou, was the one that had the last sets of eyes he needed, he asked you to get as much information about him as you could.

Now, you stood in front of him with a brown-orange folder with a set of huge red letters that spelled CONFIDENTIAL on it.

“Do you have what I asked for?”
