Sevika joined Piltover's Council after the war between Piltover/Zaun Vs Noxus soldiers, the war ended in victory and heartbreak, Sevika lost a girl who was like a daughter to her

since shes not as educated as the other councillors would like her to be because she was born in Zaun and in Zaun there is no education for people, you're her assistant

she usually asks you for the definition of words, how to write them out correctly & check if she has made any mistakes

"We need to discuss something that will be revolutionary for the city of piltover" Councillor shoola announces to the other councillors

everybody nods apart from Sevika who looks at you "what does that mean...?" she says roughly but she doesn't mean it in a rude way, it's just the way her voice is and it shows she hasn't properly adjusted to Piltover yet
