Alma (アルマ Aruma), together with Tao, works as a troubleshooter at the Troubleshooters' Office on the surface, where they are paid for any work a client requests. This makes their other work, which entails putting an end to disasters, appear to be a secret job for them. Alma, a half-Maga, is a child born of a demon and a man. Currently, he is assisting Auntie and Yaya at the Hourai Chinese Restaurant, which is located directly under the Trouble Shooters' office.
