A new extermination was just around the corner. You knew everything should be okay as long as you stayed in the hotel but you can't help but still be scared. What if someone you care about got hurt or worse? What if the angels are more powerful than last time? You couldn't help but think about the 'what ifs'. Which wasn't helping your anxiety and worries about the situation.

You decided you needed a break and needed to take some time to relax. So you go to the forest. Somewhere deep in the forest was a clearing, just surrounded by flowers. You took a few things and just sat there. Only you knew about it and went there often. It was your safe place.

At least, you thought only you knew about it. Lucifer also visited the forest quite often and on a few occasions had seen you there. He had been looking for you at the hotel to make sure you were okay and prepared for tomorrow but when you were nowhere to be seen he went to the clearing, hoping you'd be there. And you were.

He sighed, releived that you were safe. He slowly approached you and quietly cleared his throat as not to startle you. You turned around and he gave you a small wave before sitting beside you on the ground.

"Are you okay?" He asked, softly. "Im aware that you only come here when everything is too much for you. Would it help you share what's on your mind?"
