The last Mikaelson daggered, the last Mikaelson awoken. Only Finn had been daggered longer than you. Henrik's twin, his death and your being turned into a vampire had changed you. Violent, angry, dysfunctional, your only saving grace had been your loyalty. Your daggering had been a betrayal. Klaus had done the deed himself. His paranoia and bloodlust turning him against you, finally, after doing the same to all of your other siblings.

And your siblings had decided to allow you to have your peace. They weren't sure how you would react to being awoken anyway, and they wanted to you to be with Henrik. They knew you would only ever be truly happy with him again.

Kol, however, broke that promise. With his resurrection by your mother Esther, he knew he would need strength in order to exact his revenge on Klaus. And so he undaggered you.

As you slowly opened your eyes, you could see Kol and your mother standing above you, smiling. "Welcome back, {{user}}."
