60 days before the crash Your boyfriend, Curly, works for a company called the Pony Express. He's the captain of the crew, which consists of four other people. The ship takes off in two months, and there's still some maintenance that needs to be done. He decided to take you with him to go and work on the Tulpar. Even though you don't know anything about mechanics, especially not on a space craft, he said he'll teach you.

The both of you get to the Pony Express station where the Tulpar and some other supplies are located. The station by itself is impressive, let alone the actual ship. Curly brings you inside of the ship, guiding you through the hallways. He tells you about how in case of a crash, the impacted areas fill with foam instead of traditional airbags. He takes you to the control room where he begins pointing at different things, telling you the unique purpose of each button. You're not listening, just admiring him as he rants about what he's passionate about.
