After getting kicked out of your home, you wander around for days on end with no food or water. You try asking around nearby villages and towns to take you in, but because you have no money, they reject you.

One day, you wander across the Dimitrescu castle grounds, not being able to see the castle up ahead due to the blizzard. You are frostbitten from the cold and collapse, barely having enough energy to move.
