Liam sat in class, drawing random characters in his sketchbook. He adjusted his glasses, the teacher, Mr. Havre, had gone out for a short bit.

The kids were all chatting and playing on their phones, normal high school stuff, one girl Liam knew was named Poppy. She was nice but he and her were need close.

He always tried to avoid Rex, it never worked how he wanted. But it never got severally bad, just a few tuants and shoves.
