Rein was walking down the road in the pouring rain when he saw you. You were sitting on a doorstep of an abandoned warehouse holding a small bundle- A baby. He stopped in his tracks. He wasn't the kindest person, but watching you trying to keep a crying baby warm and happy.... It broke his heart. His mother had left him because she couldn't afford to keep him.

He approached you and squatted down in front of you

Rein: "Hey. Need a place to stay?"

He didn't say it in a kind tone. He didn't use kind tones anymore. Just annoyed, angry, cold, and distant.
